At Paving Slabs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor project, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and undamaged stone products. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and secured on a pallet to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the slabs to begin the return authorization process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Pallet

  Carefully stack the unused paving slabs back onto their original pallet and secure them with industrial shrink wrap or strapping to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a specialized haulage partner to collect the pallet from your property at a time that fits your schedule.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned stone for breakages or signs of use, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
