How is the delivery of paving slabs handled?

Most orders are delivered via a tail-lift vehicle and a manual pallet truck. Delivery is typically 'kerbside,' meaning the driver will leave the pallet at the nearest safe point to your property on a flat, hard surface.

Should I order extra slabs for my project?

We recommend ordering an additional 10% more than your exact measurements to account for cuts, cornering, and potential breakages during the installation process.

Are the colors of the natural stone slabs consistent?

Natural stone products will feature variations in color, texture, and veining. This is a natural characteristic of the material and is what gives each patio its unique aesthetic.

Can I return unused slabs after my project is finished?

Yes, we accept returns of full, unopened pallets within 14 days of delivery. Please note that return haulage costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.

What should I do if some of my slabs arrive damaged?

While we take great care in packaging, natural stone is brittle. Please report any damages within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can arrange for replacements or a partial refund.

Do you provide professional installation services?

We are a specialist supplier of paving materials only. We recommend hiring a professional landscaper or contractor to ensure your sub-base and drainage are correctly installed.
